Cheap facade for large commercial residence. Tips please.

I own a property that is started with the following: Basement built with concrete blocks and a cast concrete ceiling above the basement of about 130 m2. On top of this is a steel skeleton (I-beams) in a shed roof shape with a finished metal roof screwed in place. This is intended to become a residential house with a commercial focus, meaning I want to complete it in the cheapest way possible while still ensuring long-term cost-effectiveness in terms of heating and maintenance. However, the final result should preferably look relatively "country-like." The total wall area is about 260 m2, so the price is important. I thought of getting help from you on the forum who have surely surfed around and found a lot of interesting things; I need tips on both exterior finishes and insulation for year-round use. The inside of the walls will be covered with plasterboard or wooden paneling. If I've missed anything important, please let me know so I can provide additional information. Best regards, Koffegbg
