Ceiling moldings

I have bought and am going to install a "locktak" in spruce.
I'm thinking about the ceiling moldings, they often seem to be made of pine...should one have moldings of spruce for a ceiling of spruce or...??:S

Is there really no one who has a ceiling made of gran and can give tips on which moldings they chose to put there?

Do spruce strips even exist?

Are there even spruce lists?

I don't know, that's why I'm asking how others have done it.

Moldings are usually almost knot-free and at least I can't see any difference between spruce and pine wood. I assume you'll have some form of varnish on, right? Completely without experience or expertise, I advise you to get some regular moldings and compare with the ceiling you bought.
