Which trim is best for hiding an uneven ceiling?

Yes, I know it's best to replace and straighten the ceiling.
But that's not feasible at this stage.
So I'll have to make the best of the situation right now.

So which is best?
Crown molding? Shadow trim?

Is shadow trim difficult (impossible?) to miter or?

The shadow molding hides more than the cove molding..
Usually, I don't miter cut inner corners with shadow molding; instead, you set the first wall with a whole piece, then butt up against it with the next, usually at an angle of about 26 degrees if I remember correctly.
