Ceiling membrane project, what to consider?

I am planning to install a projection screen in the ceiling of our house. The picture shows the ceiling, and my plan is to attach the screen (18kg) to a beam and cut a slot in the ceiling gypsum where the screen will come down. The screen is motorized and includes an external sensor for the remote control. Power is available in the drop ceiling.

What do I need to consider regarding insulation and the moisture barrier?

The screen itself cannot be placed inside the insulation since it may overheat, and also, the moisture barrier needs to be arranged somehow.

After a bit more research, the following seems to be "correct":

- I remove the insulation in the attic (cold attic)
- I saw a slit in the plaster, which also cuts the moisture barrier.
- Install the fabric and ensure it works correctly.
- Build a box around the fabric with plywood with enough air so the fabric doesn't overheat.
- Place a new moisture barrier (age-resistant plastic) over the box and seal joints with tape.
- Put the insulation back, even on top of the box.

Does that sound right and proper?

It gets warm when you run it... The instructions state that there must be 15cm of air on the sides and in front if it is mounted on a wall.

That it gets warm when you use it, I accept, but it takes about 10 seconds to lower/raise it, so the heat can almost be disregarded concerning overheating.
