Casting/leveling in concrete with visible reinforcement

Hi! Does anyone have tips on how I can easily spruce up the ceiling in my utility entrance? Some concrete chipped off a few years ago, which caused the reinforcement to become visible. So I need to somehow patch this so it looks like the surrounding area. Kind regards, Pontus

Actually, you would need to take a road trip and redo it completely, but if you're just looking for a quick fix without long-lasting durability, you could try polishing the surface.

The concrete is coming off because the rust on the reinforcement is breaking it apart, just slapping on new doesn't help in the long run.
