Hello. I removed a frame that was in the boiler room in the basement. It was embedded in the floor, leaving a substantial hole. How can I fill this in the easiest way? It was very dry and nice. It also seems that they cast in, as seen in the picture, some studs to place the frame on. They look very nice. Furthest to the left in the picture. There is one on each side.

Drive coarse concrete and fill in and attempt to level as much as possible.

Or finbetong when it is so little. Brush, vacuum, and lightly pre-wet.

Trim the edges a bit so there won't be as much scarring where the new meets the old.
Then finbetong is suitable for the depth as mentioned above.
Convert to decimeters when you measure to get the volume in Liters. You calculate about 11 liters per bag so you'll know how much you need to buy.
