Anyone have any good tips on how to loosen hinge screws that are stuck in the frame because the hex grip has expanded so the hinge key no longer grips?
The frame is loose and I have cut the middle screw with a hacksaw to loosen the frame. The door frame will be used again... ;=

Sometimes it is possible to knock out the back piece of the karmskruv and get a grip on the last bit with the karmhylsa, which just about does the job.
In other cases, I have knocked it out completely and had to make a new hole, not as neat if there are visible holes.

Sometimes it is possible to keep screwing them forward if it is drilled for a long time. Otherwise, they may have to stay. It's not so bad as it is possible to fill the holes with putty.
Then when you are going to put the door back, use a frame sleeve instead of these terrible frame screws.
