I am in the process of renovating the laundry room and a bathroom and plan to install Huntonit ceiling there. They are available in 300 and 600 mm widths. Currently, there is a recessed gypsum ceiling, and if I need to screw it up, I may have to adjust the framework. Can I then glue the ceiling with strong adhesive and screw into the existing framework? Or will the ceiling start to sag?

I fell into a pitfall myself and had to reframe.
Huntonit has a slight difference in fastening width, it doesn't quite match with gypsum 300 C/C. If it's a small room, it might work, but in larger spaces, the measurements change slightly, so in the end, it differed.
Gluing might be difficult and the panels can come down, sure the glue holds, but they need to be under tension for a while for the glue to dry, it might be quite laborious.
Measure where the studs might be and check with an awl if they match with these and the Huntonit,
the existing studs might be fine in width.
Think a little more about how you can proceed.

I was thinking of mounting across the stud and it's spaced 400 C/C at my place. Then it should work as it says that 600 C/C is recommended in the description? That means more screws to put it in?

Draw a little how you think, 600 is the width you have 400, then the joints will be in the air without screws.

I have chosen 300 C/C on the Huntonit ceiling. The beams currently run across the ceiling and not along under the current gypsum. I'm planning to install the Huntonit ceiling so that the short end finishes on a beam. That way, I'll have a total of 3 fastening points. One on each short side and one fastening point in the middle. Do you understand what I mean? And do you think it will work well? :)

you can cast directly on the plaster and it will solve itself easily!

To get it right and prevent sagging, an attachment along the long side and short sides is a must, with a screw spacing of about 20 cm and near the corners. I understood that you had a measurement of 400 between something, which will cause the fastening points to be uneven. But swedjeep says, why not frame it a bit with exact measurements so there can't be a mistake, suitable with 22X70, allowing some wiggle room if something goes wrong. Make sure not to end up with a piece that's 5 cm, but shift the roof a little to one side so that both ends match the pattern in the ceiling.
