Can I build in the windows?

I have a wall with 2 windows on it. I want to have a whole wall and build over the windows, or do I have to remove them first?

If the windows are inside the outer panel and inside the inner wall, they can remain and you can insulate between the glass and the new wall material. Preferably on the outside with styrofoam that fits perfectly. Inside with mineral wool.

It should be fine to frame a new wall inside the window wall if you want to do that.
