Does everything with a complete door, painting, electrical, flooring in the small room included?LinusW said:
Then 10,000kr doesn't sound so expensive to me!
No, it's not that expensive. I'm not expecting to save thousands. Maybe save 1500-2000 SEK, I've calculated. The thing is that we want to place this wall in a different location than where they suggest, and we can't move this optional wall with the contractor since they want to work as efficiently as possible given the prices they provide, which I understand.Patrik Lidstedt said:
It's not impossible that in the end, we'll let them do it anyway, as I feel right now... we have a whole upper floor to build, a garage on top of that, and a plot to fine-plan and paint the house, etc., etc., etc... we won't have too little to do anyway, hehe.

it might be faster and cheaper if the house company does it. it could get really difficult with electricians.LinusW said:No, it's not that expensive. I'm not expecting to save many thousands. Maybe save 1500-2000 SEK I've calculated.

It's not impossible that in the end, we'll let them do it anyway, I feel right now.. after all, we have a whole upper floor to build and a garage on top of that, as well as a plot to plan properly and paint the house, and so on and so on.. definitely won't have too little to do hehe
possibly also hassle with electrical wiring to the switch
1. Glue the rule on the floor, make sure the standing presses well, no problem
2. Sheet metal in floor and ceiling sounds good, cross laser makes it easier and faster with string line works just as well!
3. Don't do it yourself, we hired a tile guy to do the waterproofing and tiling of about 10 sqm for about 40k.
4. No need to shorten, of course you can if you want, but wooden studs can be cut freely, use 15mm construction plywood as needed if tiling, it's more than enough.
