Building a pellet storage

Hello!

I'm planning to build a pellet storage in the boiler room.

The idea is a simple construction made of sheet material. A square box, simply put.

Which of the following boards should I use?

OSB
11x2440x1197

or

Plywood
12x1200x2440

Grateful for a response.

Probably doesn't matter which one you choose. Take the one that is cheapest.
