Hi, I am going to clad a wall and add insulation. The house is tall, so I will divide it with midjebleck. Now to the question, I want to do the upper part first; it is usually customary to do the lower part first. I wanted to hear if it is feasible to do the upper part first.

Of course, you can do the upper part first.
I think the mid-band detracts from the appearance and would instead add a little extra framing to the upper part so that the lower part fits underneath without needing any band.

I think the waist flashing spoils the appearance and would instead extend the upper part a bit more so that the lower part fits under it without needing any flashing
Yes, you are right, thankful for the answer thanks

If you for example take 45*95 on the top part, you should have space for 45*70 and a 22 mm board on the bottom part of the house.

Is 3mm overhang enough for the drip, or what did you mean?
