I still vote for the option "yes, it is blåbetong".
As previously mentioned, it's difficult to determine colors from pictures. In what context do you need to know if it's blåbetong or not? Is it for demolition and disposal, radon issues, or just curiosity?

This is our first house, and I'm worried that it might be dangerous. I know very little about it, but I assume that a long-term radon measurement must be done before knowing if it's even worth doing something about it. If it is blåbetong. I had a radon test and a gamma measurement done in my demolition property. It cost 700 SEK and took about 10 minutes. They didn't find any blue concrete, it might take longer if there is blue concrete. But if you need to determine if there is blue concrete and in which part of the house, it was very affordable and a non-destructive test.

Blåbetong as a product is safe to handle, unlike eternit and other asbestos-based products which should be handled with caution if they crack and break. That is, there is no need for remediation.
Blåbetong is made from materials containing radon, and this gas decays over time to form radon daughters. Exposure to these increases the risk of lung cancer. Therefore, it's good to keep track of your ventilation if you have a house built with blåbetong in the living environment (as I do). The level can then be measured using long-term measurements, sometimes offered for free by the municipality, and if the level is high, you should review your ventilation. We stay below the limit with natural ventilation, but I have added some vents when renovating the house.
There are also scientifically proven links that radon increases the risk of lung cancer in combination with smoking, and that it is more effective to quit smoking.
