Hello

I'm going to roll plaster the ceiling, but I need to spot plaster the nail holes first where it has come loose.

Should I use a special kind of plaster with extra adhesion capability? I really want to make sure it holds up for many years. I don't want to have to redo it in 10 years if the plaster comes off over the nail heads.
Or do all plasters work equally well for this?
A nail hole in a ceiling needs filler before smoothing.

Has the filler come loose on its own, or after a measure was taken?

No 10-year guarantees are provided, but I would have used a wet room filler like Scotte LW

No, it has come off on its own, I think it's original from the 60s.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check it out!

If the ceiling/screw moves, it must be fixed beforehand

I don't think so, it's gypsum. What has come off on the nail, I think, is paint. It's about 60 years old.

Can't find Scotte LW in a tube, only in a bucket. Do you think any wet room filler will work?

Visit a proper paint store and ask them to find the right filler from their range.
