I drained about a year ago. Now it's time to tackle the inside where plaster/paint has come off. But there's a plethora of plaster and filler. What should be used on the inside of the outer wall?
I'm a little unsure about what kind of paint is on the wall now, but it feels a bit rubbery. I guess it's from the '70s.
If it's plastic paint, should I sand it all off and apply silicate then?
About 50% of the wall is below ground and everything is dry now.
