Hi, I have a question about floor molding at different levels on the same floor, the floor in front of the wood stove is 25 mm higher than the room floor, suggestions on what I should do, block in between,....

Wooden wall paneling meets black tiled flooring and wood laminate, showcasing interior finishing with a slight gap between wall and tiles.

How high should the baseboard be?
If it is much higher than 25 mm, it can look very nice to cut off 25 mm at the bottom edge of the part of the baseboard that is on the tile. Otherwise, you can place the baseboard at the two heights and miter a piece to connect between them, especially if you also have a sloping threshold strip.

No, but you're not the first one with a similar question. If you think it's difficult to cut a piece at an angle, you can just let the baseboards meet at different heights and then tidy up the short side of the upper baseboard.

Thanks for the reply, I'll try that ️

We have it like this with snedkapat:
Nothing you immediately think of in everyday life.
Slanted floor meeting in room corner with wooden flooring and a metal threshold, showing a common everyday detail.
