It is the building surface area that is the limitation, hence walls as thin as possible.

It feels like it will be difficult to meet the BBR requirement of 0.33 in U-value if building with Leca. The walls end up with over 0.3 in U-value with 50mm PIR, and over 0.35 with EPS.
