Attaching a ceiling track to a wood wool board
Hello,
I'm planning to install a curtain rail on the ceiling, but I'm unsure if it's possible and how to proceed.
Most of the ceiling is concrete, but when I tap near the facade, it sounds like a lighter material.
Somewhere between gypsum and wood in sound.
I found a detail from the building permit (from 1945) that indicates a 50 mm träullsplatta (wood-wool slab) on the underside of the concrete in that area. (see attached detail)
Does anyone have experience with this?
Can I attach the curtain rail to the träullsplatta, or is there a risk that it's too porous?
If it's possible, which drill and plug are recommended to use?
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the answer!Centano said:
I checked with neighbors and the property manager, and the response was that it shouldn't be any problem to attach to the wood wool board.
In theory, it sounds strange, but I have to trust the experiences from the area.
It must be some board with relatively high density and not so porous.
We'll see if it falls down
