Recently bought a summer cottage, and in the living room, they've applied about 7-8 cm of stone plaster on top of masonite boards.
It sticks like hell to the wall. It's not coming off easily, sure it's possible but I feel like I want a better solution.

I was then advised to put up the boards with PL600 glue, which should hold really well.

Anyone with experience with this?

Take kakelfix instead.

Okay. The thing is I have the cabin out in the inland and the idea is to put up drywall tomorrow. I probably have no way to get a hold of this tomorrow. I'll check with the local painter if he has it. Thanks for the tip!

I will set about 12 tiles. I have bought 6 tubes, we'll see how far it goes if I can't get any kakelfix.

For a board 90x240, it requires about 11m of glue line (4 vertical + top and bottom). A 300ml tube gives 6m of line at 10x5mm. That amounts to 2 tubes per board. You might get by with less if the walls are perfectly smooth, but 6 tubes for 12 boards sounds very optimistic.

ah thanks for the info, I'll be visiting the painter tomorrow. so I have enough for 3 panels..
fun that the people at byggmax are so knowledgeable. the response was

"1 tube is enough for about 6 panels"

then I thought nyaa. so I'll buy 6 so maybe I'll be fine.. sigh

have 900 *2700 panels
