I am tidying up a bedroom that has a newly built wall of lecablock. On it, I want to attach OSB boards and then plan to plaster. My question is: HOW do you attach OSB to leca?? Do you screw with special screws? Screws plus glue? If so, what glue?

Because I want to be able to hang a painting or something else maybe without a lot of drilling and plugging. For example. I am also heartily tired of polishing. I am aware that there are alternatives to what can be done with walls, but I think we should return to trying to answer the question I asked.
If it is not 100% straight in all directions, you might need to start by setting beams so that it becomes straight.
Some form of "screw" and plug will likely be needed. For wooden beams, you can use facade plugs, for example. If you attach OSB directly to Leca, nail plugs will probably work well. There are certainly several good options. Gluing, however, seems unnecessary.
