I have previously installed a bar in the bedroom ceiling to hang with my back on, using expansion bolts, M10x90, it was SECURELY fastened, but what I now wish to install (attached image) in the concrete ceiling in the living room needs to be a bit more aesthetic, I want to be able to disassemble the mount without leaving a threaded rod in the ceiling as with expansion bolts (where it would have to be angle ground flat), I have seen the alternative "drop-in anchor" but don't know if it's equally strong? It needs to support my body weight (80kg) in motion.

  • Ceiling mount plate with crossed bars and round base, designed for secure hanging installations, suitable for concrete ceilings, mentioned in a home improvement post.
Surely anchor bolts are enough!

I would have used Hilti concrete screws, they are quick to install, strong, and easy to dismantle the day you want to.

Looks more like a mount for an adult swing😬😀

I have no need for it to go quickly, the hammer anchors (4 in total) take as long as they take as long as it holds well enough in the ceiling for a man's body ;)

Expansion anchors, at least Essves require special tools, Hillti's concrete screws do not.

It only costs a hundred for such a driver, so no financial crisis :)

Hillti's concrete screw costs a couple of thousand per package, maybe that's too expensive for you?

Essve's or Hilti's wedge anchors (Hilti has been around for 50 years, I think) are drilled in so the entire sleeve goes in plus 5 mm, and then a tool designed for it is used as mentioned. You can use any tool that fits into the sleeve to drive in the wedge at the bottom. It may also be possible to first drive in the wedge and then insert a long bolt and tighten it. They sit incredibly firm and cannot be removed again. It doesn't matter since they are so deep.

Impact anchors only require a punch or something similar to drive out the bottom.
