Approved Building Technician

Hello,

We are renovating the kitchen and plan to remove a small storage that goes from the corridor to the kitchen. I called the board. They say we need to find an approved construction technician who can give us an official document. Where can we find such a technician? :x

What do you mean "official paper"? Is it a load-bearing wall that's going to be demolished, so you need a structural calculation?

They didn't know if it was a load-bearing road or not.
That's what the technician was supposed to assess and either grant permission or not...

then you need a structural engineer.
Additionally, moving to building materials and technology as it is more than construction technology than a floor plan issue so far
