Adding a 75m2 extension with a basement underneath. I'm torn between using a wooden floor structure or casting in concrete.

Is the actual saving particularly significant when using a wooden floor structure with blown-in loose-fill insulation?
Later on, you'll need to use the expensive grooved particle boards for underfloor heating pipes and more.

Concrete floor structure costs SEK 190,000 incl. VAT but I find it harder to estimate the total cost of the wooden floor structure.

Difficult to answer in general; wood is usually cheaper.
But what is included in the 190k SEK for concrete? Is it insulated and finished?

And if you then embed the heating coils - you should also account for self-leveling compound/embedding.

Insulated? The basement will be warm as it is built on an insulated slab with underfloor heating and insulated walls. So, you don't need to insulate the intermediate floor, right? It's the casting itself that's 190k.

Good point regarding the self-leveling/embedding.

Yes, of course, but you wrote "intermediate floor with blown loose-fill." I.e., insulation - but was it perhaps for sound? :)
