Hello

I'm renovating my first apartment with YouTube as a guide. However, I've encountered some problems that I'm unsure how to solve.

Problem 1:

Partially removed floral wallpaper showing patches of brown underlying material on a wall. Peeling wallpaper on gypsum board wall near a window, showing exposed brown gypsum and remnants of old paper backing.

The wall in the bedroom facing the outside appears to be some sort of plasterboard. It is very difficult to remove the wallpaper without damaging the underlying material. Is it safe to continue here? Can I remove the rest of the wallpaper and just fill over it? What is the best thing to do?

Problem 2:

Room under renovation with a window and ceiling markings, drywall exposed, and wallpaper removed. A stack of papers sits by the radiator. Partially stripped wallpaper on a gypsum wall in a bedroom renovation; visible door frame and electrical outlet.

Not really a problem, but I wanted to confirm that I'm on the right track. Just fill and paint here, right?

Problem 3:

Ceiling area with exposed wires, visible drywall damage, and a covered electrical box in a bedroom under renovation.

This square is actually a fuse box that was left in the bedroom after the previous owner tore down the closet wall. I would like to cover those holes in a nice way. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks for the help!

Fill and paint. A slightly more expensive option, buy renovation work, check the prices of renovation wallpaper as it can vary greatly in price. You save a lot of work with renovation wallpaper. If the hole has no function, place a piece of wood, gypsum, and screw it on or glue it on, depending on the situation, i.e., if there is anything to screw into. There's probably someone on the forums who can give good tips regarding the hole in the wall.
