The wall consists of a masonite board + beadboard. Should I attach the mount to a board that I screw into the studs, or can I screw the mount directly into the beadboard + masonite? #tv #wall

I wouldn't take the chance on "it should probably hold" anyway. Unless you can access the studs directly through the mount, then you can skip the board.
