I am completely renovating the villa and plan to install floating floors. "concrete slab/Cellplast/parquet flooring" And now I'm looking for Cellplast.
The thickness must be 70 mm to match the height.

Is there a difference between xps200cellplast or regular cellplast s200? Does regular Cellplast provide better insulation despite the same thickness?
I am leaning towards cellplast xps 200 because it is also tongued and grooved. It is really intended as a base under concrete but should work perfectly well to have above the slab?
The two I've looked at are:

Yes, the strength is the difference. In this case, the strength is 50% higher for long-term loads in XPS compared to EPS.

Have you torn up the old floor because you have to build up the whole 70mm? (just wondering) :-)

I'm planning to lay XPS in my shed on the concrete slab.

Check with Hornbach. I got a really good price there when I ordered. I don't remember what it cost, but it was so cheap that I thought they were looking at the wrong product...

I did just as you are planning. Xps 200 on uninsulated basement floor. However, I think I used 100 mm.

Where do you place the vapor barrier? Perhaps on the XPS boards (that is, on the warm side)?

One follows the flooring manufacturer's instructions. But normally, yes.

Or pir/pur so you get a little better insulation?
