I have nothing that will pinch the plastic in the vertical direction more than the pins, since it will be a 45x45 installation layer horizontally on this. Would you tape over all the pins or leave it like this?

  • A wooden board with staples securing a plastic sheet, insulation material visible on the sides.
  • Wood stud with staples attaching plastic sheeting over insulation in a wall, possibly for a construction or renovation project.
  • Insulation wall with wooden studs and transparent plastic sheeting, secured with staples; brand label "Triofol" visible on the plastic.
Rickard.
I had not taped.

(You don't need to put so many brackets)

Matter of taste. We have done it on some but definitely not all. Does not affect the density if that's what you're wondering.

Why have you done it if it doesn't affect the density? 🤔
