Hi, I was wondering for those who work with 900mm width on OSB and Plasterboard, how do you install these?

Do you first install the OSB horizontally, then the Plasterboard vertically so you can screw the plasterboard into something?

Considering that the stud distance is 600cc, or do you then install an additional 45 for the installation layer, so you get 300cc?

The last time I renovated, these options weren't available, but I can imagine it's significantly easier to work with 900mm than 1200mm.

Thanks in advance.

No, we frame at 450c/c. If you have studs at 600c/c, I would go with 1200mm OSB.
900mm panels are to spare the back for those who work with it daily, but for a DIYer, it's unlikely to cause wear and tear from handling a few hundred panels they might manage.
Furthermore, it is cost-effectively cheaper with 1200mm wide panels.

Aha, but then it becomes tricky with the insulation instead, right? That is, with 450cc or are there boards for these dimensions (now I'm asking out of pure curiosity)

But is it enough to screw the gypsum into the OSB, or should they be screwed into the studs as well?

There is insulation for 450cc as well, but it will be more expensive...
I wouldn't have joined the plasterboard between the studs, only attached it to the OSB, it will flex...
But of course, it's more comfortable to work with 900mm boards...
