Wooden floor on small concrete surface?

We have torn down a wall between two rooms where a load-bearing lightweight concrete wall stood. The space in between will now be fitted with pine planks. What do I need underneath? There's a basement below, so no foundation or risk of moisture. Is plastic felt paper and then boards enough?
