The most common is probably beadboard, but what other types of wood / designs are there?
I'm considering a slightly wider beadboard which I would then oil / stain or something... okay, I'm not a professional at this so give me tips... d^_^b

I am a supporter of trying to maintain the style somewhat in relation to what kind of house it is, so what type of house do you have, age, and location?
It might not feel completely right to suggest pärlspont if you have funkis or allmogeprofil for a modern glass/steel complex.

angle house, sutteräng with loft, vaulted ceilings, open floor plans... consistent white with elements of oak. Have decided on white-painted beadboard 12*15 =)
