No, unfortunately it can no longer be purchased (unless you look in second-hand bookshops). It was published in the early '90s. It has been replaced by Träguiden, www.traguiden.se. Sure, it's nice to have a book to browse through (to read in bed, for example...), but Träguiden has everything collected in an easily accessible way.

In most libraries, unfortunately, they are reference literature. However, I did borrow them from the City Library in Uppsala once.
