I am going to enclose a porch, unheated but with some insulation in the walls and floor/ceiling.

I was thinking of the wall from inside to outside:

internal horizontal panel
wind barrier paper
frame (not impregnated)
insulation between the frame
wind barrier paper
horizontal battens
vertical battens
horizontal outer panel

Will this work or will there be problems inside the wall?

Why do you want wind barrier paper under the interior paneling?

But regardless of the reason:
if you use wind fabric, you probably don't need to worry about moisture problems. It breathes well...

I have an entire roll of 30x1.25m wind barrier AC350 T-packaging at home, so I plan to use it.

The reason for also having it on the inside is to prevent "leakage" of wall insulation between the inner panel. Perhaps unnecessary though.
