Wind protection fabric which side out?

I have bought wind protection fabric, but which side should face outwards?
One side is fabric-like, similar to felt. The other side is plastic-like. Which one should I face outwards?

It is usually text outward, but isn't it written on the fabric? Alternatively in the assembly instructions...

I can't find any text or assembly instructions. I fixed up a storage last summer and had problems with moisture in the winter. So I became concerned about whether I installed it the wrong way so that it lets in but not out..

No text and I can't find any assembly instructions.
Fixed a shed last summer and had moisture problems in the winter. So I became concerned if I installed it the wrong way, allowing it to let moisture in but not out..

Found the assembly instructions!

• The material's properties and function remain unchanged regardless of which side is facing inwards or outwards. However, the inside of the roll is recommended to face outwards!
