You can place GV in plates between the wooden beams.
example

Then 22mm chipboard + 1 gypsum floorboard + primer + adhesive + tiles

That's how I did it.

I have installed 28 mm sparse in Stage 1 which we built last year and there is no deflection at cc 60 even though I have a 25 mm solid pine floor on top.

My option to lay down gv between the beams is gone since the material for the entire house was purchased last year.

In the bathroom, I laid gv in pipe holders on the floor chipboard and poured on top of it - it built up 7 cm compared to the floor outside.

22mm chipboard flooring is rigid too :) There is that which is milled for the pipe... I would never consider doing extra framing above the floor joists...

I've extended a living room of about 40 m2 (4x10m) this summer with floor joists, plastic, 22mm chipboard flooring, paper, and parquet floor... I can stand and jump on it without the slightest give... and I weigh 110kg :p
