I have some plaster detachment on the basement wall of the house at the bottom against the ground. Not a big deal, but it could become one if not fixed. About 4-5 mm of the surface layer has detached in a few areas, each maybe 1-2 dm2. I've tried applying plaster twice. First last fall and then again this fall. The first time, I could remove the plaster again after winter. I thought it might have been because I applied the base paint too soon. So, I redid it this past fall and have left it alone since. But yesterday, when I checked, it was the same again. It just came off when I ran my hand over it. I've watered it before applying the plaster. What am I doing wrong???

Try using Putsbruk C and moisten the plaster a few times once it's applied so that the mix doesn't dry too quickly. It might be that you've chosen a mix with too much cement in it.
