Hello!
I will be renovating a kitchen, a hallway, and a children's room during the Christmas break in our condominium.
I am quite new to residential renovations; I have mainly worked with vehicles.
I have a few questions and need some help:
What type of white paint should I use if I want to paint both the ceiling and walls with an "ordinary" white paint? I don't want the cheapest, but one with decent quality.
I am also going to lay parquet flooring throughout the 70 sqm apartment. We are fond of light/white oak.
Do you have any tips on a good parquet floor? we have looked at around 400-600 SEK/sqm.
Additionally, we will be installing underfloor heating in the hallway and are also looking for tips on good brands and easy installation there?
The hallway is 5 sqm.

Beckers matte white wall paint is my absolute favorite: https://www.k-rauta.se/produkt/vaggfarg-beckers-matt-vit-10l/7311230503616 good price but good coverage - no need to paint 7 layers, and the color has been in their range for a long time so if I need to touch up somewhere I can buy new.
Regarding ceiling paint, buy one that is slightly resistant to dirt in the kitchen.

Welcome to the forum!
Often it's better to ask just one type of question in each thread, as then you can ask questions about color in the painting subforum, about flooring in the Flooring forum, etc., which makes your question visible to those who know a lot about, for example, painting.
For ceilings, you have ceiling paint, and for walls, you have wall paint. Testfakta conducted a test of wall paints a few years ago: https://www.testfakta.se/sv/hem-hushall/article/billig-vaggfarg-lika-bra
And GDS earlier this year: https://gds.se/material/farg/stort-test-gor-det-sjalv-korar-sveriges-basta-vaggfarg
When it comes to parquet flooring, many people often feel the best ones come from Kährs, and then from Tarkett.

Buy well-known brands, and things usually work out. Wall paint for the wall and ceiling paint for the ceiling. For the kitchen ceiling, some people think you should use higher gloss paint, like 20 gloss, so the ceiling is wipeable. If you ask people how often they have wiped their kitchen ceiling, no one has ever done it. I painted mine matte and will repaint it in a few years if it looks bad
Nuance is a matter of preference and taste, so it has to be what you like. Check what colors your acquaintances have painted with and see what you think of the result. You can't rely on photos on internet pages because both cameras and screens distort colors.
Personally, I prefer S 0502-Y, but some prefer S 0500-N. It's about the feeling and the impression the color should give. If you're not painting woodwork like door frames and baseboards (with woodwork paint) then you need to choose a color that matches them. If they were painted (or bought ready-made) more than 10 years ago, they are likely S 0502-Y, and it would be odd if you choose S 0500-N on the walls.

Keep in mind that white looks very different depending on whether you have cold or warm light in the room. Which cardinal directions do your windows face? Buy a few sample cans of some white shades you believe in and paint them in the room. Preferably in corners, by windows, and in the middle of the wall so you can see if it becomes the shade you want in that particular room. Color looks very different depending on the light.
Once I painted a hallway facing west with the same color I had used in a bedroom facing east. In the hallway, it felt like standing in a carton of skim milk. I altered the color three times before it gave the same impression as in the bedroom. In the paint can, the white color eventually looked apricot, but on the wall, it was the "same" as in the bedroom.
