Most often, the joists are in the same direction as the trusses. There must be beams to support the hall and living room; the beams can be embedded in the joists or underneath.. the kitchen walls are probably load-bearing..
That's true, but in this case with a support leg truss and an upper chord going down towards the wall plate, it's both simpler and cheaper to lay the intermediate joists in the other direction. Beams in the joists also result in point loads that end up in the middle of windows/doors.

I understand, that can be the case...

What does the intermediate floor rest on? Check some spans.
That the roof trusses are in one direction has nothing to do with how the intermediate floor is placed.
Miss from me, I agree with your thoughts.

It is less likely that they are load-bearing unless there is something related to the staircase. For it's a house built after 1955, right?
The house is from the 70s.

In the attic, I can see the ceiling gypsum for certain parts of the lower floor that seems to be mounted on the floors between, and it runs in the same direction as the roof trusses.

Do you have any visible beams in the living room and hall?

See post 4, so at least not in the living room.
