Which screws for punching bag?

I am going to mount a punching bag in the ceiling. The holder should be attached with two screws through the wood panel and then into a ceiling joist.

The bag weighs 40 kg.

Are 5.5x 90 wood screws sufficient? Or is something thicker required?

I would take this kind:

6.5 or 8mm.

So that the entire bolt is in the ceiling beam.

If the panel is 20mm, then 75 is enough anyway.
