Hello,

What plug can I use for Essve list- and skirting screws 3.9x57mm in a wall made of lightweight concrete? I can't find one that is so small, long, and for lightweight concrete.

Best regards

Why such a long screw then?
But normally it doesn't matter if the screw goes through the plug.

I have 15x70mm planed oak that I've milled a small radius on as a floor molding. Did the same thing in another house, but there with wood studs, OSB, and gypsum behind. The molding requires pre-drilling and pressure downwards and inwards to sit nicely against the floor and wall.

The shorter version of the screw is 42 and then it's only 27mm into the wall. Haven't tried it, but it spontaneously feels like it won't hold much.

Edit:
Turns out I have tried it. The 12mm gypsum made it so there was hardly anything substantial behind to grip into. Where I'm going to install the molding now, there is gypsum on lightweight concrete.

Normally, the screw SHOULD go through the plug.

Have you tried driving the screw into light concrete without a plug?
Otherwise, look for Fischer's Dupower in the appropriate length and diameter.

A few mm yes.
