I will be installing, among other things, a bathroom cabinet (which has two support legs in the front). I have regular drywall and outside of it an MDF beadboard that I believe is 6mm. Do you have any tips for anchors for this purpose? I don't have any studs to screw into......

Molly, maybe

Or any anchor when I read about the post. You have support legs at the front, so the force on the screw will only be straight down. Then most will hold, I think.

Have some other things that also need to go up. Mirror for example....

If the MDF board is well anchored in the plaster wall, you should be able to go without plugs.
But does the MDF board go up as far as where the mirror is going to sit? If not, regular red plugs will work.
Provided the mirror isn't very heavy.
