Helping the in-laws and the wall in their house is some sort of (?) lightweight concrete? Hopefully not blue concrete... they have lived in the house for 40 years... house from the 60s

I have heard of radon wallpaper but never seen any, but I can almost imagine that it looks like in the picture, also looks like blue concrete in between

Could possibly be blue concrete but you'll need to measure and see if it's radon-laden.
