I'm working on the decoration of the attic, and now I've come to purchasing an inspection hatch so I can look in and crawl into the cat attic... but I'm a bit uncertain which one I should use..
The first one costs about 1500 and has 51mm of insulation and looks easy to install... fire-rated..
And this one has 81mm of insulation but looks heavier and a bit harder to install... costs from 800 up to 1300 SEK..
Which would you choose? I assume that image number 2 is better but looks bulkier? Is the one in image number 1 sufficient considering the insulation? Please feel free to give tips and ideas, maybe there are more hatches?
