Which 2-component industrial Polyurethane adhesive?

I have a recommendation to use Delo-Pur 2-component industrial Polyurethane adhesive for mounting a plastic object onto paving stones, asphalt, concrete, etc. The mounting is exposed to weather, wind, moisture, mechanical stress, and all kinds of conditions.

Does anyone know of a more readily available alternative product that corresponds to Delo-Pur 9692?

Thanks! We want to make the attachments according to the manufacturer's recommendations as a reference. Then we can test with other adhesives to compare.

But it is a demanding outdoor environment with cars driving over.
