I searched for "låsspak" and it went a little better. Found it on "maskindelen.se" but paying 80 kr in shipping for something that costs 40 kr feels a bit so-so...

Nut instead of screw, does it work?

Maybe you can insert a small piece of threaded rod and convert from nut to screw.
