Planning to build a wall-mounted shelf on the exterior wall in my studio apartment, and I would need a long board as the top and unifying shelf. I'm looking for birch laminated board, as the rest of the shelf is made of it.
The problem is that ideally, my shelf would be 250x3800mm and at the hardware stores, I only find boards with a maximum length of 2400mm. (25mm or thicker, I want.)
Is there somewhere I can order laminated boards to measure? If so, where should I turn (in Uppsala) and what might they cost?
