I live in a brick house where all the windows are deeply recessed in the facade, which I find unattractive, so I'm thinking about moving the windows outward to create a nice interior niche. I have attached a drawing of how my windows are currently positioned. How should I proceed and how far out can I attach the windows?

Hi, there is a so-called "Hessenkralle" at least in Germany. It is a kind of metal plate that is screwed onto the side of the frame and then attached to the wall. Search under google.de
