But what are the measurements you see in the wall actually?

It cannot be about the material specification mentioned on the site.
Is it about a kit where you take rule marked 42 and join it with rule 33 by using nail 127.
Are you sure you didn't find it at IKEA

The link only leads to the "front page," not to any drawing. Which construction description does the drawing appear in?

The first link led exactly as you said to a front page.

The second link leads to a drawing in pdf.

But the start page should be http://www.svenskttra.org/byggbeskrivningar/ > Utvändingt > Garage.
There you choose dimensions etc. and then you can download the drawing at:
"LADDA HEM PDF OCH SKRIV UT"

Now then! The second link required you to "log in" by searching for dealers.

The numbers refer to material specifications and cutting lists. Click on the box called material specification (above the drawing) for more info.
