Is this a special solution or does it have a name? It is a fitting that attaches a 45x195 under a balcony.

I would call it a bracket, but if you search for it online, you only get hits for suspenders for pants...
Joist hangers do similar things but are often for the ends of beams.

This might very well be something the builders have made themselves or had manufactured for the construction. It's just a flat bar bent into this shape or welded from a few pieces.

Thanks, hanger was also the first thing I searched for. Yes, strange still, it feels like it should be a relatively common thing to hang up studs in this way. I will extend this along the entire balcony, I guess I'll continue with angle irons from both sides instead.
 
The profile itself is called omega anyway, but upside down. I think the profile looks extruded, it is rounded on the inner corners towards the rule but all other corners seem to be completely right-angled, difficult to bend and get such sharp corners.
