What is the name of the brown board under the house?

We have a cottage foundation and under the joists, there is a brown thin (4-6mm thick) glossy/smooth board that holds up the insulation/seals. The other side of the board is coarse.

What are these boards called?

Whether it is oil-tempered or not (byggboard) is more a question of surface treatment.

I think it's trossbottenskiva http://www.beijerbygg.se/templates/BB_Produkt.aspx?id=51564 you're after, I think, the one you linked to is often used in ceilings as part of an air gap, for example.
