What is the correct installation of fascia metal?

I have some questions because I have hired a company, but I'm not sure if they have done things correctly according to current building codes.
Can you help me answer the following questions?

What should be the distance between the screws that hold the fascia metal sheet?

Should the fascia metal sheet be fastened with 1 screw or 2, i.e., on each side of the metal sheet?
